They have had a lot of issues as of late; non responsive to many requests; payer changes etc. To date they have not compensated us for the time we spent explaining to them that a large payer in PA had split into 4 payers; it took 6 months for them to realize. I still can’t get the name of my client rep either as my old one left. A lot of downtime too. We’re leaving.
